For us, ModHobby.com is not just a business. We are RC enthusiasts like you. That’s why we know you’ll understand that on weekends we’re at the track – and not at the warehouse! Orders placed between 3 pm EST on Friday and 11:59 PM EST on Sunday (or during a holiday) will be shipped on the next business day. Next-day delivery is only available if shipping within the 48 US states serviced by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please allow an extra business day if a holiday falls on or between the order date and anticipated delivery date.

Standard Shipping

Our goal is to get it to you as quick as a blink – subject to availability, receipt of payment and credit card authorization. Orders place by 3 pm EST are generally shipped the same day. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock, a ModHobby.com sales rep will contact you.

ModHobby.com delivery dates are estimated. Delivery calculation is determined on the next available business day. A tracking number, if applicable, will be shown in your “My Account” area. Use guaranteed Express Shipping to ensure arrival by a specific date.

Invalid or incorrect addresses are subject to an additional fee of $10, charged to the credit card upon notification from the shipping company. No refunds on shipping charges unless ModHobby.com is responsible for the error.

Shipping charges listed below apply to the Continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be e-mailed a shipping quote based on the weight and dimensions of the package(s). APO, FPO, and PO Box orders are shipped via US Postal Service. ModHobby.com reserves the right to limit quantities and or charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders and shipments over 20 pounds.

*Please note: Orders shipped using the Standard Shipping option (US Postal Service) are estimated for delivery within 7 business days. However, sometimes it takes longer. Use the Standard Shipping option at your own risk – as packages shipped via the USPS cannot be traced.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available for most items and addresses (except APOs/FPOs) at an additional cost. Delivery calculation is determined on the next available business day. A tracking number, if applicable, will be shown in your “My Account” area. (Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.) When applicable, surcharges for large or heavy items are noted following the item’s price.

• 3-Day Service provides third business day delivery on orders received by 3 pm EST. The charge for 3-Day Service will be automatically calculated and reflected in your cart.
   
• 2-Day Service provides second business day delivery on orders received by 3 pm EST. The charge for 2-Day Service is will be automatically calculated and reflected in your cart.
   
• Overnight Service provides next business day delivery on orders received by 3 pm EST. The charge for Overnight Service will be automatically calculated and reflected in your cart.

Express Shipping services are not available on orders sent to APO, FPO, PO Box addresses, outside of the 48 contiguous states, and US possessions.

International Shipping

ModHobby.com embraces the global market. We will ship most of our products internationally. All international orders must be prepaid in US currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and wire transfers. For international rates, contact a ModHobby representative:
